Bright Starts Co. LLC – Online Course
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are made effective as of the date of the last signature below and are to govern your access to and participation in the “Ready, Set, Learn” course and any related resources (“Course”) offered by Bright Starts Co. LLC (“Consultant,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, accessing, or participating in the Course, you agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Services

Bright Starts Co. LLC provides educational content and consultative support related to school readiness and parenting. These services are consultative in nature and do not constitute therapy, psychological counseling, or medical advice. While the Consultant’s principal holds a professional social work license, the Course is not offered under that license and is not a professional clinical service. Engaging in this Course does not establish a therapist-client or healthcare provider relationship.

All advice, strategies, and materials are offered in the role of a consultant. You understand that you are not receiving mental health, legal, financial, or professional services of any kind.

2. Course Access

Upon enrollment, you will receive access to Course materials for the duration specified at purchase (typically lifetime access unless stated otherwise). You agree not to share login credentials or distribute course materials to others.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan is selected. All payment plan installments must be completed, regardless of course progress. Late or failed payments may result in restricted access.

4. Refund Policy

5. Bright Starts Co. LLC’s Role

As part of this Course, Bright Starts Co. LLC will provide guidance, strategies, and practical recommendations designed to support parenting and school readiness. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes, as individual results depend on various factors outside our control. However, we commit to providing support with professionalism, care, and expertise in accordance with general industry standards.

6. No Guaranteed Outcomes

You acknowledge that there is no guaranteed outcome from participating in this Course. Your results depend on your effort, your child’s needs, and other personal variables. Bright Starts Co. LLC does not make any representations or warranties regarding outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, PDFs, worksheets, and downloads, are the intellectual property of Bright Starts Co. LLC. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal use only. You may not reproduce, share, sell, or publicly distribute any portion of the materials without express written consent.

8. Testimonials and Feedback

You may be invited to submit a testimonial, feedback, or participate in promotional activities. By doing so, you grant Bright Starts Co. LLC a perpetual, royalty-free license to use your words, likeness, and submitted materials in marketing or promotional content. We will not disclose your personal identifying information without your written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree to use the Course respectfully and lawfully. You may not post offensive, harmful, or misleading content in any course-related forums or communications.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bright Starts Co. LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Course. In no case shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Course.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bright Starts Co. LLC and its representatives from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of course materials, your actions during the course, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Non-Disparagement

You agree not to make any public or private statements that could reasonably be viewed as negative, defamatory, or disparaging about Bright Starts Co. LLC or its employees, contractors, or services, including on social media or review platforms.

13. Force Majeure

Bright Starts Co. LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, technical failures, or government actions.

14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith mediation. If unresolved, it shall proceed to binding arbitration in the State of Arizona. Both parties waive the right to a trial by jury. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

15. Entire Agreement

This document reflects the entire agreement between you and Bright Starts Co. LLC and supersedes all prior understandings, oral or written, related to the subject matter.

16. Amendments

Any changes to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

17. Electronic Signature

By checking the box at checkout or otherwise enrolling in the Course, you affirm that you agree to these Terms and that your electronic signature is legally binding.
